Somatic Relations is a 6-part online program in embodied inquiry for those drawn to creative practice, relational awareness, and the body as a place of research and reimagination.
This program asks how personal patterns are never only personal, but shaped by relation, history, social conditioning, and the ecological worlds we belong to. Through eco-somatic practice, improvisation, writing, reflection, deep listening, and group process, we bring personal and wider questions into the body.

Somatic Translations is a 6-session online program for those drawn to embodied research, creative practice, and the intersections of body, community, and reimagination. The program focuses on translating lived experience into form—transforming somatic discovery into tangible, metabolized work.
