PERMEA

Embodied movement, creative practice, and relational inquiry

Online and in-person spaces to sense, create, relate, and make choices,
through the body and awareness.

Move from thinking into sensing and from sensing into creating.

PERMEA is a space for guided practice where movement becomes a way to listen, question, and respond to oneself, to others, and to the environments we inhabit.

Through somatic practice, improvisation, dance, writing and reflective dialogue, we work with what is already present in the body. Not to fix, or perform, but to explore and transform.

What this work supports

This practice supports you to:

  • reconnect to sensation and embodied awareness

  • move out of overthinking into direct experience

  • notice patterns in how you move, relate, and respond

  • access creativity from lived, physical experience

  • develop trust in your impulses and choices

  • stay with complexity without needing immediate resolution

How we work

Sessions combine:

  • guided somatic movement, dance, durational practice and meditation

  • sensory and imaginal attention

  • improvisation and creative exploration

  • writing and reflection

  • optional sharing and relational practice

You are guided through invitations rather than fixed techniques, allowing you to develop your own sensitivity and agency.

Who this is for

PERMEA is for:

  • dancers, movers, and artists wanting to go beyond technique

  • people who feel disconnected from their body or creativity

  • those looking for depth without rigid structures

  • practitioners seeking a reflective, holistic exploratory approach

The container

  • Participation is always an invitation

  • Sharing is optional

  • You choose your level of depth

  • This is not therapy, but a guided somatic and creative practice space

We work with care, attention, and respect for individual pace.
