By using our website, booking a class, purchasing a program, joining a membership, or participating in any PERMEA offering, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase or participating in a class.

PERMEA offers embodied learning, somatic practice, movement research, creative practice, and relational inquiry through online and in-person classes, workshops, courses, memberships, and related content.

2. Scope of these Terms

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, participants, members, and customers of PERMEA.

They apply to online classes and workshops, in-person classes and workshop, drop-in classes, in-depth programs, memberships, digital materials, recordings, written resources, videos, and audio any other services or content offered by PERMEA. By accessing or purchasing any of these offerings, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

3. Nature of the work

PERMEA works with movement, somatic listening, embodied inquiry, creative practice, reflection, and relational awareness.

PERMEA is not a medical, psychological, therapeutic, or psychiatric service. Participation in PERMEA offerings is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, therapy, or mental health support. You are responsible for listening to your own body, respecting your limits, and deciding what is appropriate for you. You may pause, adapt, rest, or leave a practice at any time.

If you have an injury, medical condition, pregnancy, trauma-related concern, or any doubt about whether participation is suitable for you, please consult a qualified medical or therapeutic professional before joining.

4. Participation, responsibility, and consent

Some PERMEA classes may include movement, stillness, touch, contact-based exercises, reflection, group work, or partner work. PERMEA reserves the right to refuse or end participation if a participant behaves in a way that is unsafe, harmful, discriminatory, disruptive, or disrespectful to the facilitator, other participants, the space, or the practice.

5. Bookings and payments

Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Available payment methods may include iDEAL, Visa, Mastercard, Klarna, or other payment methods shown at checkout. The exact payment methods available may vary depending on the payment provider. All prices are listed in euros. Prices include applicable VAT where required, unless stated otherwise.

PERMEA reserves the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect purchases that have already been confirmed.

6. In-depth programs

For in-depth programs, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, unless:

• the program has already started;

• you have already accessed substantial digital content;

• you have expressly agreed to immediate access and acknowledged that this may affect your right of withdrawal;

• or another legal exception applies.

Once the program has started, or once the 14-day period has passed, refunds are not offered unless required by law.

If you are unable to attend parts of a program, PERMEA is not required to offer a partial refund. Where possible, PERMEA may offer access to recordings, alternative materials, or another solution, but this is not guaranteed.

7. Drop-in classes

Drop-in classes may be offered through a fixed price, sliding scale, or donation-based payment.

If you cancel a drop-in class at least 18 hours before the class begins, you may receive a voucher or credit for the amount paid, which can be used for a future PERMEA class.

Late cancellations, no-shows, or cancellations after the class has started are not eligible for a refund or voucher, unless otherwise agreed or required by law.

Donation-based payments are generally non-refundable, but PERMEA may offer a voucher or credit at its discretion.

8. Memberships

Memberships can be cancelled at any time.

If you cancel your membership, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period, unless otherwise stated. After cancellation, your membership will not renew.

PERMEA does not offer partial refunds for unused membership periods, unless required by law.

You are responsible for cancelling your membership before the next billing date if you do not wish to be charged again.

9. Digital content and recordings

Some PERMEA offerings may include digital content, such as videos, audio practices, recordings, written materials, workbooks, or online resources.

Digital content is provided for your personal use only. You may not copy, share, reproduce, record, sell, distribute, upload, teach from, or publicly display PERMEA materials without written permission.

Access to digital content may be limited to a specific period, depending on the offering.

PERMEA does not guarantee that recordings will be available for every live class, workshop, or program.

10. Intellectual property

All content on the PERMEA website and platform is the intellectual property of PERMEA or its content creators, unless otherwise stated.

This includes, but is not limited to text, images, videos, audio, class structures, exercises, course materials, written resources, designs, methodology, recordings and downloadable materials.

You may not use, reproduce, adapt, distribute, teach, or publish PERMEA content without prior written permission.

Participation in a class, program, or membership does not give you ownership of the materials or the right to reproduce the methodology commercially.

11. User conduct

When using the website, platform, classes, or community spaces, you agree to:, use the services for lawful purposes only, respect the privacy, boundaries, and rights of others, not share private links, recordings, or paid materials with others, not record classes without permission, not behave in a discriminatory, abusive, harassing, or harmful way, not disrupt the website, platform, class, or group process, not attempt to access restricted areas or interfere with security.

PERMEA may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

12. Accessibility and adaptations

PERMEA aims to create thoughtful and responsive practice spaces. However, not every class or platform feature may be accessible to every body, need, or situation.

You are welcome to contact us before booking if you have access needs, questions, or concerns. We will do our best to offer clarity and, where possible, reasonable adaptations.

13. Changes to offerings

PERMEA may change, reschedule, adapt, or cancel classes, programs, teachers, content, or platform features when necessary.

If PERMEA cancels a paid class or program, you will be offered a refund, voucher, credit, or alternative date, depending on the situation.

14. Third-party services and links

PERMEA may use third-party platforms or services for payment processing, video hosting, email communication, scheduling, online classes, or website functionality. Our website may also contain links to third-party websites.

PERMEA is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, terms, technical issues, or practices of third-party websites or services. Your use of third-party platforms may be subject to their own terms and conditions.

15. Limitation of liability

Participation in PERMEA offerings is at your own responsibility.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PERMEA is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or other damages arising from your use of the website, platform, classes, programs, digital content, or services.

This includes, but is not limited to: physical injury, emotional discomfort, technical issues, loss of data, loss of access, loss of income, interruption of services, decisions made based on participation in PERMEA offerings. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded.
