Return to the body’s intelligence through movement, inquiry, and community.
Somatic programs for dancers, artists, and curious movers — rooted in shared practice, reflection, and relational listening.
Somatic Relations
The body as a site of relation, perception, and action within a wider world.
Program overview
Somatic Relations is an experimental online program exploring our participation and place in the world through (eco)somatic practice, improvisation, creative inquiry, and relational work. Through movement and attention, we investigate how the body perceives, chooses, and acts within the systems we inhabit, opening possibilities for new forms of perception, connection, and creative response.
This program is a space of wonder, experimentation, and inquiry, moving from inner awareness toward relational engagement, resilience, and presence. Together we explore how conditioned loops can transform into embodied agency. While our bodies carry histories and protective patterns, they also hold the capacity to choose, respond, and create differently.
The work draws on a rich network of practices and frameworks including embodied epistemology, phenomenology, deep ecology, Laban Movement Analysis (LMA), improvisation, and somatic practice.
