SOMATIC RELATIONS

Embodied and creative practice in uncertain times.

Somatic relations is a 6-part online program in embodied inquiry, relational practice, and creative research — at the intersection of movement, critical thinking, and reimagination.

Somatic Relations is for those who want to deepen awareness of the body as a place of listening, pattern, imagination, and relation. Together we work with the more-than-human world, uncertainty, and embodied experience as sites of knowledge and creative response.

What we will practice

Deepen awareness of personal, social, and ecological patterns as they live and move through the body.

Practice remaining more grounded in moments of tension, complexity, and change.

Explore how conditioned responses take shape, and how attention can open new possibilities for choice and action.

Cultivate relational presence, listening, and interdependence.

Translate complex questions, feelings, and themes into embodied research.

Expand movement vocabulary through somatic practice, improvisational frameworks, and creative exploration.

Strengthen imagination as a practical capacity: a way of sensing, responding, and creating otherwise.

Somatic Relations - The body as a field for relation, imagination, and action
from €195.00

Somatic Relations is a 6-part online program in embodied inquiry for those drawn to creative practice, relational awareness, and the body as a place of research and reimagination.

This program asks how personal patterns are never only personal, but shaped by relation, history, social conditioning, and the ecological worlds we belong to. Through eco-somatic practice, improvisation, writing, reflection, deep listening, and group process, we bring personal and wider questions into the body.
