We understand that plans can change, and that sometimes an offering may not be the right fit.
This Refund Policy explains how cancellations, refunds, vouchers, and membership changes work for PERMEA courses, drop-in classes, memberships, and digital content.

1. Courses and in-depth programs
You may request a refund for a course or in-depth program within 14 days of purchase, provided that the course or program has not yet started and you have not yet accessed substantial course materials, recordings, or digital content. Once a course or in-depth program has started, refunds are generally not available.
This is because spaces, planning, facilitation, preparation, and access to materials are reserved from the moment your booking is confirmed. If you are unable to attend part of a course or program, PERMEA is not required to offer a partial refund. Where possible, we may offer access to recordings, written materials, a voucher, or another solution, but this is not guaranteed.
2. Drop-in classes
Drop-in classes may be offered through a fixed price, sliding scale, or donation-based payment. If you cancel a drop-in class at least 18 hours before the class begins, you may receive a voucher or class credit for the amount paid. This voucher can be used for a future PERMEA class. Cancellations made less than 18 hours before the class, or no-shows, are not eligible for a refund or voucher.
Donation-based payments are generally non-refundable, but PERMEA may offer a voucher or credit at its discretion.
4. Memberships
Memberships can be cancelled at any time. When you cancel your membership, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. Your membership will not renew after that period. PERMEA does not offer partial refunds for unused membership time, unless required by law.
You are responsible for cancelling your membership before your next billing date if you do not wish to be charged again.
5. How to request a refund

Please include:
your full name;
the email address used for the booking;
the name of the course, class, membership, or event;
the date of purchase;
the reason for your request.
We aim to respond within 7 working days.
If your refund is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method where possible. Please note that it may take several business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
