Through (eco)somatic, improvisational, and restorative practices, these sessions offer a dedicated space to listen, explore, and move through life with greater clarity, presence, and resilience. My approach goes beyond the physical body, inviting awareness of emotional, creative, and everyday layers of experience.

We begin with a complimentary introductory call to understand where you are and what you’re seeking. Each session is then shaped around how you arrive that day—what your body holds, what questions are alive, and what you’re curious to explore.

I guide you to notice the gap between how you present yourself outwardly and how you actually feel inside. Byreconnecting with bodily cues, you begin to trust intuition as a practical guide in movement, choices, and relationships. Working with your body as the ultimate truth.
