1:1 Sessions

One-on-one movement support through (eco) somatic, improvisational, and restorative practices.

To listen, question and move through life with greater clarity, resilience and presence.

My approach focuses on observing the moving body beyond the purely physical, reflecting on the emotional, creative, and everyday layers of being.

We begin with an introductory call to understand where you are and what you're seeking. From there, the process adapts to you, to how you arrive each day, what your body holds, and what you’re wishing to explore.

Depending on your needs and curiosity, sessions may include:

– Restorative somatic practice for nervous system regulation

– Improvisation and intuitive movement

– Contemplative dance and meditative presence

– Writing, sensing, breath, voice

– Space to process emotion, creativity, or transition


Session Options
• Single Session (75 min) — 65 EUR
• 5-Session Series — 299 EUR (valid for 3 months)

Sessions take place online via Zoom.
